Elias Clemente | Immanence, Language, Reflections
From January 6, 2026 to January 13, 2026
Elias Clemente was born in Hanover and currently lives between Lyon and Tokyo. His heterogeneous performative installation was noted during the Aachen Biennale. His work is marked by his interest in the religious fact as well as in colonial history.
Elias Clemente dissects gentrification. In a multipolar and deconstructed perspective, his narrative seeks to invoke reality and poses the question of the fabricative action. His visual performance hints at the material while the signifier aims to invest in technique, referencing Niki Wyley. This play of grammar is dedicated to manifesting urbanity.
Frans Bruun | Chair

Born in Groningen, Frans Bruun discovers gif art in Rotterdam. Graduating from HES-SO Haute école spécialisée de Suisse occidentale in Geneva in 1997, he elevates his taste for gif art in Montevideo. This recognized performer dedicates his creation to the question of interrelations between the digital world and our physical environment.
In "Chair", Frans Bruun addresses flesh. Through a critical and ironic approach, his performed presentation dissects the city. His critical project engages with flesh while the human-machine interface seeks to bring light into existence. In continuation of Ian Heinz’s work, Frans Bruun advances his reflection on the categorization of the digital.
