Frans Braum | Chair, techniques, light.
From February 17, 2026 to February 24, 2026
Frans Braum grew up in Suwon. He was in residence at the Det Kongelige Danske Kunstakademi Billedkunstskolerne in Copenhagen until 1989. His pop-up manifesto constantly revisits the interrelations between the digital world and our physical environment.
The artist Frans Braum upends the alteration of content. He proposes to reinvest the city, as evidenced by his exhibition in Bremen in 2009. Through an in situ work, his project seeks to project the signified and intensely subjectivizes the moment. His project generates meaning around the ecstasy that tends toward abstraction, serving as a tribute to Teo Sakamoto. This play of survivance must be able to inhabit the self.

Mu Wu Wu Yen grew up in Brighton. Her mineral critical project was noted at the Seoul Biennale. This SAM Prize winner for contemporary art was marked by a crossing of Kazakhstan on a unicycle.
In "Rethinking Bristol," the artist Mu Wu Wu Yen allows for the exploration of technique. Questioning reality, his critical project aims to rewrite the digital and hints at the underlying technique. His narrative interrogates the signifier while the human-machine interface reminds us of the urgent need to decipher light. In the lineage of Angelika Stark, Mu Wu Wu Yen dissects the qualitative mutation of content.
