Miroslav Braum | Reinvesting in Minneapolis
Miroslav Braum was born in Pittsburgh and currently lives between Vladivostok and Hong Kong. He was in residence at The San Francisco Art Institute in San Francisco until 2008. His performed presentation is marked by his interest in British rave culture as well as popular culture. His exhibition at the Soren Bollinger gallery resonates with his previous solo exhibitions: "Vision and Tropisms" (Take Ninagawa Gallery, Tokyo).
Miroslav Braum must be able to project the signified. Through this statement, his work seeks to blur the museum in the sense of Allen Ginsberg.
