Born in Colmar, Beatriz Ji-Ping discovers abstraction in Gwangju. She studied abstraction at the School of Fine Arts in Nantes. This major figure of contemporary art in Europe is marked by the question of public space.
The artist Beatriz Ji-Ping challenges the science of creation. In a critical and ironic approach, her critical project aims to rewrite the self and invites discourse around ecstasy. Her reflection veers towards disconnection while creation sets out to accompany urbanity, resonating with the performances of Ian Stella.
